Central storage

The central storage is one of the core teams which continues to operate on campus (until further notice).

Mail will be received but not distributed on campus. If you need something urgent contact us in advance if you plan to pick it up. If there is an important mail addressed to you which needs to be signed we will contact you (RSa, RSb, registered mail).

Deliveries from suppliers will be accepted. In light of current circumstances, please avoid orders of private packages to the central storage and pick-up your current private packages once the campus switched back from remote status. Thanks for your understanding.

Internal distribution of goods to the self-service boxes or directly will be done after consultation.

Goods that are collected from the self-service boxes will be brought back to the central storage by the central storage staff.

Frozen goods will be stored in refrigerators; contact us in advance if you plan to pick it up.

If you need an item urgently, collect this from the central storage directly, but give us a call in advance. This is important to limit the people present in the entrance area of the central storage. Please bring your own pen for signature of the delivery note.
